ZACHS Legal Services provides full service handling of Levies, Writ of Attachments and Wage Garnishments. We serve both State and Federal Writs. Our judgment collection unit has over 20 years of experience in judgment enforcement and effecting service of Writs in compliance with the Sheriff Departments and Marshals Office. We will prepare all documents required to open the levy with the appropriate Sheriff’s Department or Marshals Office, serve all required levy documents, mail all required levy documents and file the appropriate proof(s) of service in compliance with the Code of Civil Procedure.

Levy Service – $75.00 in addition to Sheriff/Marshal Fee
Rush Levy Service – $100.00 in addition to Sheriff/Marshal Fee
